Local Entrepenuer, Mark Watson, has transformed the Sale Farmers Market into a permanent installation inside the old Cobb & Co buildings.
With 20 shops trading all under the one roof, the shopper has an unprecedented choice of goods and services to choose from.
“This has never been done before in Gippsland,” says Mark. “It’s a perfect opportunity for small traders who cannot afford the expense of owning and operating their own retail store, to have access to a large audience, while keeping their overheads down.”
There will be a central point of sale, where all goods and services purchased will be paid for, with each individual trader operating under a roster system of manning the till.
