NBN Roadshow coming to town
East Gippsland Shire is working closely with the NBN Co Road Show, to bring the show to Bairnsdale on February 13-14. Other districts are planned for the near future, so watch this spot for updates.
The NBN Co demonstration truck weighs in at 23 tonnes and houses a complete interactive discovery centre, that aims to bring the NBN to life.
The truck itself opens up to feature an impressive outdoor display, with hi-def cameras and screens inside.
Gippsland is set to receive the NBN upgrade in Stage 3 of the planned rollout. For those not receiving the fibre connection to their home, a Next Generation Wireless service will be provided.
